    It is applied to the connection between the charging gun of the new energy electric vehicle and the charging pile and the switching station to realize the power transmission and control signal interconnection between the electric vehicle charging equipment and the charging pile and the switching station.

    ⊙Insulation: Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR);

    ⊙Combustion test: Pass a single vertical burning test;
    ⊙Minimum bending radius: ≧6*OD;
    ⊙Low temperature bending: -40℃/4h, no cracking;
    ⊙Oil resistance: mineral oil IRM902, 903, 20h, rate of change≦15%, no cracking;
    ⊙Acid and alkali resistance: 168h, elongation at break ≦30%, tensile strength ≧100%;
⊙Environmental protection requirements: comply with the latest RoHS & REACH standards.

    ⊙High flexibility, the minimum bending radius can reach 5×OD (nominal cable diameter), which is most suitable for installation and use; ⊙Good oil resistance (mineral oil resistance, fuel resistance, gasoline resistance);
    ⊙ Extremely resistant to use environment, with abrasion resistance and UV resistance;
    ⊙Excellent low temperature toughness, passed -40℃ low temperature bending test,
    ⊙The insulation and sheath are made of environmentally friendly thermoplastic elastomer materials, which have excellent flexibility, and all materials comply with the latest environmental protection standards of RoHS & REACH;
